Creole Seasoning

A delicious spice blend for your jambalayas and gumbos.

5 parts paprika
3 parts salt
2 parts onion powder
2 parts garlic powder
2 parts dried oregano
2 parts dried basil
1 part dried thyme
1 part black pepper, freshly ground
1 part white pepper, freshly ground
1 part cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients. Done.

Make as much as you want: replaced “part(s)” with tablespoon to make enough to fill a small container and store. Or, use a half teaspoon as the “part” to make just enough for the typical recipe.
